The following issue below was reported on GitHub and I wanted to address it. This is not an issue but rather a mistake on the original Commodore design. Please be sure to use a 1ohm resistor at R465! This is required to provide the required power seen missing in this issue. The original person reporting it discovered the fix later as well.
The picture on the monitor was too dark when I used the RGB signals (indeed I was lucky to see anything). It turned out that the ADV7120 does not get 5v to its VAA pins. Troubleshooting it I have noticed that L500 inductor is connected to nowhere. It seems the layout is incorrect and ADV7120 does not get 5v input! L500 should be connected to 5v and to AVID+. This is missing from the PCB so L500 is isolated and useless.
January 2019 Update: New board files and gerbers have been created and posted to the Github project page. A minor error was discovered that had solder mask covering the ground pads for the support bracket on the mouse and joystick ports. Previous boards work just fine and are not in danger of not working. This is more of a cosmetic update than anything else. Get the new file in the Gerber folder.
